ZDA is an acronym for Zeen Design Atelier, inspired by the firm's signature ZEEN Approach—Zero Energy-Efficient & Niche Design. Avneet Dhillon is the visionary behind ZDA, where architecture is approached as a timeless expression of elegance, innovation, and purpose. With nearly a decade of professional experience spanning architecture, interior design, and urban planning, she has established a design philosophy that seamlessly blends refined aesthetics with intelligent, sustainable solutions..


A graduate in Architectural Studies from Chitkara University, Avneet has continually expanded her global perspective through internationally acclaimed programs from some of the world's most prestigious institutions:


  • Building Adaptation & Sustainable Approach – Delft University of Technology, Netherlands
  • User Innovation & Entrepreneurship – Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA
  • The Architectural Imagination – Harvard University, USA

Yuvraj Singh Cheema

Director – Strategy & Development

Yuvraj Singh Cheema leads the strategic direction and business development of ZDA, bringing an international perspective shaped by his academic background and professional experience in Canada. Having studied *Business Relations at Simon Fraser University, Canada*, and gained valuable industry experience working in Canada, he combines global business insight with a refined understanding of real estate, development, and strategic growth


At ZDA, he oversees business strategy, client relations, and project development, cultivating meaningful partnerships while driving the firm's long-term vision. His leadership seamlessly complements ZDA's design philosophy, uniting strategy with innovation to create a legacy of timeless architecture, exceptional experiences, and enduring value
